At Fyzn Rao, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition

  • All original tags and packaging must be intact

  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

  • Used or worn products

  • Items damaged by the customer

  • Products without original packaging or tags

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • The amount will be returned via your original payment method (or bank transfer if applicable)

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are:

  • Defective

  • Damaged

  • Incorrect item received

If you need an exchange, please contact us with proof (images/video) within 48 hours of delivery.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

  • In case of damaged or incorrect items, we will cover the shipping cost

Order Cancellation
Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order. After this, the order may already be processed and cannot be canceled.
